At Ultima CNC we strive to help our customers find CNC parts at reasonable prices. We also buy equipment whether it works or not! We always put our customers first and work hard to ensure we provide a great experience— every time.
For years we have been offering affordable replacements and repairs for our customers. Not everyone can afford to spend $40,000 on drives and motors. We’ve formed connections —all over the world— to help find equipment and keep shops in business during difficult times.
We’ve also partnered up with multiple repair shops. Due to our high volume of business, we are given deep discounts and we pass those on to our customers.
We are currently accepting payments via credit card, debit card, and paypal. All funds must be cleared prior to shipment of goods. We are not responsible for holds and will need payments to clear before we ship. Payment is expected in full within 5 days from date of purchase. Any purchases not paid for, in full; within the 5 day time period will be cancelled and the item(s) will be re-listed for sale.
State law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Michigan. 6% sales tax applies to all Michigan residents, unless a tax exempt form is presented.
If you are ordering from outside of the State of Michigan, please note: the tax calculation may appear temporarily —only while you are completing your order details— until after you have successfully entered a NON-MICHIGAN shipping address. You will NOT BE CHARGED TAX unless your shipping address is in Michigan.

Standard shipping hours are Monday through Friday until 2 p.m E.S.T. We ship via UPS and Fed-Ex. All packages are insured. Items over 800 may require signature upon delivery. We will do our best to ship emergencies —even on Saturdays— if we can. To arrange for expedited shipping or discuss local pickup, please contact us.
From our online store, we currently ship to all states within the United States and also to Canada. International Buyers: please take advantage of our eBay store. We reserve the right to cancel strange requests and low feedback buyers for high dollar items.

Unless otherwise stated, all electrical and mechanical components carry a 30 day warranty. We are not liable for any consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with improper use of our items.

All items must be returned in the condition sent out. We do send items with warranty stickers. Any removal of these stickers will completely void the return.
